In the mountainous region of Mantiqueira in Brazil, Alessandro Hervaz has been producing and processing coffee since they were 16. The micro climate of the region is ideal: rainy summers, and dry conditions during harvesting periods. This Yellow Bourbon lot was hand picked and processed using the "natural" method.
