Apricot - Shortbread - White Peach
This microlot comes from the Guji zone in Ethiopia, and was processed at Hambella washing station. After picking and sorting, this particular lot was immediately placed on raised beds and dried for 15 to 20 days. Coffee from Ethiopia is often referred to as “Heirloom”, due to its largely undocumented nature.
