Shiraz - Chocolate - Blackberry
Grown at Mchana, a large farm and milling factory in Kiambu County, Kenya, this coffee was processed using the “honey” method, where fruit is left on the seed during the drying period of preparation. In a country where almost all high quality coffee is processed using the “washed” method, this experimental lot is the first “honey” coffee we have ever tasted from Kenya.
